Established 1975, Kemery Solar was formed as a humble retail solar panel company in Eastern Pennsylvania. The company grew into a regional solar panel distributor in four years. Our company’s area of operations as a regional distributor covered Florida and the Southeastern States, the Midwestern States to Illinois, and the Northeastern States to New York. Our company moved to Tennessee in 1983 and transitioned from distributing solar energy components at wholesale to providing state-of-the-art Residential and Commercial solar system components from system design concept to project completion. Since then, we have designed and installed over 4,000 systems for residential properties, hotels, customized garages, and commercial solar production facilities

Kemery Solar is still currently based in East Tennessee and today we provide complete solar energy systems to residents and businesses in Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Nashville and their surrounding communities. Our systems are specially designed to meet our customers’ energy demands as an affordable, complete package with installation.

Traditionally, each solar energy system had to be designed specifically for each application. That means that each consumer had to pay for an expensive design. Another major factor driving the process of solar energy systems was the new technology. The systems were usually installed by a third-party contractor which made the final cost of an energy system very unpredictable. Each system varied widely in pricing from fluctuating material costs, expensive installation costs, and a hassle for most consumers to integrate into the utility grid.

Kemery Solar designed packages in 2014 to eliminate all the fluctuating and hidden costs. Our packages are guaranteed on price. We have developed relationships with the manufacturers, established a fabrication facility for building the mounting materials, and extended our company to include general contracting backgrounds to oversee the installation. The end result is an affordable solar energy system that has a high production yield relative to a fixed system cost.
